I've changed it to simply "doc" instead. This way, files in
TEXMFMAIN/doc (which is a symlink to /usr/share/doc/texmf) and
TEXMFDIST/doc (symlink to /usr/share/doc/tetex-doc) will be found,
thanks to some magic already built into the texdoctk script.

I'm not sure about that. In a way, tetex-doc-nonfree is no longer part
of teTeX, at least the ConTeXt documentation.
