Bug#218105: License audit of psnfss font files

Hi,

Today I have created lists of all files mentioned in texlive's tpm files
for the fonts required by psnfss2e (actually, I didn't check whether I
have all tpm files, but at least all base 35 fonts).

I have worked in the texlive tree, because there are more files in
texlive's tpms than in teTeX's.  The results are also in the texlive
tree, at

The first file contains all files that can be found on CTAN, I did not
yet check the licenses, and all files in freenfss.zip, lw35nfss.zip or
cspsfonts.tar.gz on CTAN.  The third one contains the files that I could
not find, and the second is just a list of duplicates (or triplicates)
on CTAN; I did not yet check whether only the filenames are the same, or
also the content (and especially not whether any symlinks are involved).
