After purging texlive-lang-greek from pool and changeing the sources to
pool.new, texlive-lang-greek and texlive-common installed without
problems.

This doesn't seem to be the case:
~$ kpsewhere -format=tex ibycus4.map
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/generic/ibycus/ibycus4.map
~$ kpsewhere -format=mf ibycus4.map
~$
However, ibycus4.mf inputs ibycus4.map.
BTW, do you have any idea why there are TEXMF/fonts/source/public/ibycus
and TEXMF/fonts/source/public/ibygrk with identical content?
