TeX live for Debian release plan

Dear all!

Before I restart the tedious testing procedure here my outline of things
I want to fix before the next try on upload to unstable.

Todo before -2 to unstable
* move the link /u/s/texmf-texlive/doc -> ../doc/texlive-doc to the
  texlive-doc-base package and make *ALL* packages depend on
  texlive-doc-base
	This way texdoc should work even with texlive packages installed
	onto tetex system (Closes: #364776)
* generate License files from the tpm2license script, ie list all files
  and the respective licenses as far as they are known from the
  catalogue
* make texdoc use the several viewers (Jörg Sommer sent a patch for
  this)

What is already done:
- man pages for all binaries (finally)
- musixtex & friends packages are updated in unstable, so depend on them
  and blacklist the tpms from texlive-music (less duplication)
- same with latex-sanskrit

What I leave open for now:
. (Bug #365235) some babel files are missing
  (maybe I include it)
. (Bug #366035) fpl fonts misplacement
  difficult to fix easily (different source packages!)

If you have any suggestion what really should be done before -2, please
let me know ASAP.

I want to build packages this week, test them for a few days on my
system, and send them to Neil afterwards.

Best wishes

Norbert
