Yes, I have, and I tried to ask you - but it seems I only sent the mail
to the list, assuming that you were subscribed when you asked there.  

Please submit a bug report next time, so that we and you can more easily
track things.  And don't send mail just to me, but to the list.

If everything is working now, I don't see a chance to find the reason.
