LaTeX and UTF-8 and Korean

I stumbled over "Latex and utf8" thread by accident. Are you aware of
Hangul-ucs package?

It's currently in the NEW queue:
http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html

It provides Korean support for latex-ucs package already in Debian, and
it should handle UTF-8 encoded Korean text without any problem.
