If you mean sending the up-to-date po/pot files to translators, there's
no real need, as the l10n infrastructure automatically launches
debconf-updatepo to provide the right files to the translators
(see http://www.debian.org/intl/l10n/po-debconf/fr for example).

For the next updates, you may want to use the podebconf-report-po
tool, to ask for updated translation before uploading a new package.
