These bugs are in files that are in the tex-common source package,
therefore I fixed them in the tex-common repository, and reassigned the
bugs to tex-common. However, the files are not actually installed by
tex-common, but included in the teTeX packages by a build mechanism that
need not be explained here. Therefore they will be closed by
tetex-extra's next upload, and I reassign.
