Bug#233080: marked as done (tetex-src: Cannot use import.sty)

The import.sty package is useful to merge documents splitted in many
subdirectory. But it's not used, the /usr/share/texmf/source/latex/misc/ dir
is not looked for packages, so to use it after the installation you need to
create a symlink in /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/

#233080 was in fact fixed earlier by including import.sty in
tetex-extra.  It's still in tetex-src, too, but that is a deliberate
decision by upstream (see the similar discussion in #107264).

#107264 should indeed be closed as soon as tetex-src is through NEW.
