Please hint tetex into testing

Hi,

unless I neglected some misfeature of the versioned BTS, tetex-base and
tetex-bin should be fit to enter testing once the newest upload of
tetex-base is old enough.  However, they have a circular
Depends/Conflicts relation

and probably require manual hinting.  Can you add the hint now, or
should I remind you when tetex-base is old enough?
