Bug#343572: tetex-bin: v. 3.0-12 won't install, fmtutil/etex/pdfetex fails

You ran "apt-get install tetex-bin" (btw. there's a typo in the command
line, "-t untable" instead of "-t unstable", but I guess this was only
in the mail).  I assumed that you also ran "apt-get update" before.

That's also what I suspected.  I can't try at the moment (sitting in the
train, and not all old packages available on my disk), but will do soon.
And I will have to try, since I don't see any substantial packaging
changes that could affect format building:

colortbl.sty is in tetex-extra, which was always unpacked; and
tetex-extra doesn't bring in any conffiles that would affect file
searching.   A pity that I didn't investigate this error log before you
upgraded.
