You seem to be a DD yourself. I trust you more than me, when
evaluating if a package is compatible to the DFSG.
IMHO it would have been much more easy to say: "This package is LPPL
> xx..." than to dig through the special license statement of a
package. But this is a matter of taste.

Well, the package seems to be OK from the view of the license. IIRC
anybody can upload a package if he likes to, I'll try to do so.
