Bug#322713: dvipdfm doesn't understand gs anymore

Would it be possible to send us this file, logo4c.eps?  I'd like to two
things with it:  Test whether the bug still exists in teTeX-3.0 which is
now only in experimental, and whether it depends on the specific gs
version.
