It's not that the map file is missing - it has been renamed to
contnav.map, and it shouldn't be referenced any more in a "Map" line in
/etc/texmf/updmap.d/*.
Can you please send us the output of the commands
grep context.map /etc/texmf/updmap.d/*
grep contnav.map /etc/texmf/updmap.d/*
