error on tetex-base 3.0.6 install

tex-common: 0.5

I purged the old config files. The installation of tetex-base fail with:

update-fmtutil has updated '/var/lib/texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf'. If you 
want to e                      nable
the new formats,  you should run fmtutil (with option --all
or --missing)
Running fmtutil-sys. This may take some time. ...
/usr/bin/fmtutil: line 357: /texconfig/tcfmgr: Aucun fichier ou 
répertoire de ce type
fmtutil: config file `fmtutil.cnf' not found.

fmtutil failed. Output has been stored in
/tmp/tetex.postinst.XXieKjnd

dpkg : erreur de traitement de tetex-bin (--configure) :
 le sous-processus post-installation script a retourné une erreur de 
sortie d'état 1
dpkg : des problèmes de dépendances empêchent la configuration de 
tetex-extra :
 tetex-extra dépend de tetex-bin (>= 2.99) ; cependant :
  Paquet tetex-bin n'est pas encore configuré.
dpkg : erreur de traitement de tetex-extra (--configure) :
 problèmes de dépendances - laissé non configuré
