Bug#300159: tetex-extra: Fails to install (debconf-loadtemplates: command not found)

I tried to install tetex from experimental.

I normally use unstable, but in this case I used `aptitude -t experimental'
to see experimental updates.

Other new tetex package seemed  to install correctly, tetex-extra failed
with these messages:

   Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/latex/adrplaner.cfg ...
   Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/latex/adrsmall.cfg ...

   Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/latex/htex4ht.cfg ...
   Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/latex/jblong.cfg ...
   Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/latex/jurabib.cfg ...
   Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/latex/lettrine.cfg ...
   Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/latex/listings.cfg ...
   /usr/bin/ucf: line 55: debconf-loadtemplates: command not found
   dpkg: error processing tetex-extra (--configure):
    subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 127
   Errors were encountered while processing:
    tetex-extra
   E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
   Ack!  Something bad happened while installing packages.  Trying to recover:
   Setting up tetex-extra (3.0-2) ...
   /usr/bin/ucf: line 55: debconf-loadtemplates: command not found
   dpkg: error processing tetex-extra (--configure):
    subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 127
