Bug#300142: tetex-bin: texdoctk fails with file not found

Texdoctk does not find doc files.
Start texdoctk and then search for say pdftex.
Choose to view the manual. It fails with file not found.
For me it helps to change to TEXDOCPATH=doc
in texdocrc, and in texdoctk to insert this:
