cm-super and tetex

Hi all!

I have a question concerning an upgrade to cm-super and cooperation with
tetex: The texlive packages now have *no* link from
/u/s/texmf/fonts/map/dvips to /etc/texmf/dvips, but install all the map
files in /u/s/texmf/fonts/map/dvips/...

Now I have a problem when installing cm-super map files. If I install
them to /u/s/texmf/fonts/map/dvips/cm-super then with tetex packages
they are actually installed into /etc/texmf/dvips.

I guess that this will create some problems, or am I wrong?
