Having said this I simply close that bug now. The version in unstable
*is* installable as the file is not contained any more. Yes, teTeX
3.0 had some problems: e.g. #334613 but they should be solved now.
The latest additions by Eddie into it are not really #334613. I'll
clone that bug soon.
