Good question. Personally, I'd say that most packages that build
documentation with tetex probably do it in english, with other european
languages (and not greek) making up a good part of the rest. Therefore
my suggestion is to keep to what you can typeset with the basic PS fonts
(which would mean PsNFSS, CM and EC for tetex-base).
On the other hand, my view may be overly european-centric. Atsuhito,
what do you think? For example, is there an increasing number of
packages that build documentation translated to east asian languages?
