More problems with bugs closed in experimental

Hi,

this bug is perhaps even more severe than I thought. #195711 is one of
the bugs that is fixed only in experimental (this time in tetex-base),
and that has the "will be archived mark".

So now it should know that the bug is still in the version currently in
unstable. But it still displays the "will be archived" message. The
only thing it did is reset the period until it archives the bug (it's 28
days again).

I hope that in 28 days the experimental packages actually get to
unstable, but do I really have to play this game with all our bugs that
are fixed in experimental (will be archived in 10 days is the current
count), and possibly reset the period again if the library transition
goes slow and doesn't allow us to upload?

Regards, Frank
