Well, if you chose the default debconf answer in 2.0.2, you also
couldn't use --enable-map. So I guess the bug also exists there, and
should be kept open until the experimental versions hit unstable.
As for the others, yes, they can all be closed. I hope closing them
without a version number does the right thing.
