Log:
- don't call update-texmf with --quiet
- remove ia64 special case from rules.in; hopefully no longer needed
- really patch updmap-sys - forgot to add the file to the files to patch in patch-deb
- clean up replaces/conflicts
- rename fmt.d/??tetex.cnf
