Setting the 'svn:keywords' property on relevant files

Hi,

I checked the whole pkg-tetex SVN repository for '$ Id ... $' constructs
and it appears that only the files listed below have ids that come from
the Debian teTeX maintainers (and all of them are marked by frank, and
look like CVS-generated ids).

Currently, those ids are useless and even misleading because SVN doesn't
touch them unless told otherwise (therefore, they still refer to the
last CVS revision where the files were updated). In order for SVN to
update the ids automatically, we have to set the 'svn:keywords' property
for these files to a value that includes 'Id'. I propose to set it
simply to 'Id' (the list of possible keywords is given at
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.1/ch07s02.html#svn-ch-7-sect-2.3.4 for
the curious).

Don't worry about 'svn diff' showing differences due to the ids changing
upon each revision: when committing of diffing, SVN un-substitutes the
ids.
