hyperref README aus of Nov. 2003:

babel/magyar.ldf: unsupported
  magyar.ldf's redefinitions of many LaTeX internals conflict
  with hyperref's redefinitions of these commands.

thanks to Heiko for pointing this out. I guess without a rewrite of
that magyar.ldf we won't solve that bug. I've forwarded that bug to
the LaTeX project, but I'm afraid J. Braams won't fix that.
