Well, we just forwarded that request to upstream and TE just
re-included that thing. Probably he just pulled the latest version
from CTAN, which is version 2.0.3 as of Oct 2004.

Well the best idea IMHO would be to simply upload that thing to CTAN.
Or is there a special reason, why we don't have that on CTAN?
As soon as this is done we'd forward that request to Thomas and tell
him to update that version in next teTeX.

Yes, we'll do, but I suggest first to have it available from CTAN.
