I have commented the bugs of tetex-bin, because they might be tagged
automatically when it enters the pool

Yes, and since this happened in tetex-src, my tagging was wrong -
there's no tetex-src package yet for 2.99.

As for 57367: I didn't tag it on purpose, rather retitled it to 

generate helpindex files during package build, or even in postinst

because now that we have that new texdoc.php script, we can update the
index files during package build (which saves us from the need to change
the links of the files we gzip), or even in postinst (which would have
the effect that all packages in doc/texmf are indexed. I must admit,
however, that I didn't look at the script yet.
