Dear Thomas,
Thomas Esser and we, the Debian teTeX package maintainers, have found
that your texdoctk script uses a hardcoded path for temporary files:
my $TempDir =3D "/tmp";
Sometimes it is necessary that local administrators or users set up a
different directory for temporary files. This is usually done by setting
the variable TMPDIR to the location where the files should be put, but
this is made impossible with rubibtex.=20
It would be great if you could change this. I don't know enough Perl to
suggest a solution (; for shell scripts Thomas Esser uses default values
for parameter expansion like
TempDir=3D${TMPDIR-/tmp}
If you answer, please keep the bug number in the Cc.
Thanks in advance, Frank
