As I suspected: bsr.map and bsr-interpolated.map are map files for the
bluesky fonts. Files with bluesky in their full name are moved
automatically to tetex-extra, but of course this does not match
bsr.map...
In the older setup-maps script, this was done manually, now we need to
do it again.
But I think, as a general thing (post-sarge), we should consider
splitting up 00updmap.cfg into a tetex-base and a tetex-extra part, so
that updmap will stop issuing all those "not found" messages for
tetexextra's map files if only tetex-base is installed.
