Danish debconf translation is broken due to invalid UTF-8 chars. The
translation is currently not used (falls back to English).
Changed the encoding from UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1, which seems to make
gettext's msgmerge happy again.
The new debian/po/da.po file is attached.
