Lots of changes, all tested:
- [config] do the "show again" of questions with changed defaults
correctly, #267664, #267413
- [control] Conflict with dvipdfm (#269235) and texdoctk (lost?), add
to Provides the packages we Conflict/Replace already, if applicable,
and order the three lines equally
- [rules,fmtutil.cnf.1.0.7] install new file for comparison, in order
to find local changes in upgrades from woody
- [postinst] make sure we only grep for "TEXMF =" with [[:space:]]*=,
merge local changes in fmtutil.cnf and updmap.cfg (#268957, 267734),
and fix language.dat logic (269172)
- [postrm] don't handle tetex-base's /var/cache/fonts
- [changelog] document all that
