I'll fix broken language.dat soon and also check #263549, #264241
and fix them.

Thanks for your effort! and sorry for my laziness.
I've seen this list but not read carefully recently so not
noticed serious bugs we got.

Please check if my CVS check in is correct or not and if
it's okay I would upload tetex.
