Package: tetex-base
Version: 2.0.2-4.2
Severity: minor

The dvips database in /etc/texmf/dvips/ takes over 500KB. It should
be moved to /var/lib or /usr/share/lib. Only relatively small
configuration files should stay under /etc/.

libkpathsea3 - path search library for teTeX (runtime part)
tetex-bin - The teTeX binary files
Closes: 213310 234921 262053
Changes:
 tetex-bin (2.0.2-17) unstable; urgency=high
 .
   * Change build-dependency from libtiff3g-dev, which has vanished from
the archive, to libtiff4-dev - hence the urgency [frank]
   * Corrected bugnumber in the fourth changelog entry of last version -
     bug was closed manually [frank].
   * Move xdvi.cfg to /etc/texmf/ (closes: #234921).
   * We now use e-TeX (and pdfe-TeX) as our basic engines for (pdf)LaTeX.
See REAMDE.Debian for details. Many thanks to Hilmar for this.
     [frank]
   * Enable VARTEXMF; updmap now puts the generated map files there
     (closes: #213310) [frank].
   * In the config script, remove $other_ldat after parsing it. Also, add
some code for catalan and icelandic hyphanation patterns that was
     forgotten (closes: #262053) [frank]
