Bug#262053: tetex-bin: Local hyphenation configuration not preserved on reconfigure/reinstall

I found it now, thank you.

In some previous versions of the tetex-bin packages, language.dat was in
/var/lib/texmf/ under some circumstances. The config script tries to
catch modifications made in this alternative location, which makes sense
if it's the first time that this version of the script ist used. 

But I have to find a way to prevent it from doing it over and over
again. Probably the best thing will be to delete this file, but I'll
have to think over it.
