Bug#261496: tetex-extra: replaces "pandora", which is a gimp-plugin

Tetex-extra replaces the "pandora" package, but this is a gimp-plugin to
create panoramas. I don't think that tetex-extra can provide this
functionality and so you can't install both packages at the same time.
