Bug#93699: tetex-doc should include ``Home'' version of Catalogue

Dear Neil,

Are you the same Neil Conway who reproted a bug against the teTeX
packages in Debian three years ago - it's archived at
http://bugs.debian.org/93699 ?

If I found you, you asked to include the "Home edition" of the TeX
Catalogue into teTeX. You said that the reason for this was that you'd
like to have links to the installed files on your disk, instead of CTAN
links. However, in the current HOME edition, as found on
http://texcatalogue.sarovar.org/, there are no links to local files. I
also cannot see how this could be done from the Catalogue's sources
during installation (see
http://cvs.sarovar.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/texcatalogue/Makefile?rev=1.28&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup&cvsroot=texcatalogue).

Do you still think this version is preferrable, and why?

Regards, Frank
