Bug#182211: Possible bug in metapost: boxes.mp

Hi John, 

last summer Rainer Schöpf asked you to have a look at a possible
metapost bug - you can look at our archives at
http://bugs.debian.org/182211. Have you considered changing this? 

The proposed patch is attached below, this is a file that reproduces the
error:

prologues:=2;
input boxes;
input rboxes;
beginfig(1);
boxit.test("test");
drawboxed(test);
endfig;
%%% the end.
end.
endinput;
