Thomas Esser has refused to do this upstream, he generally does not
include old versions (would probably lead to a big bloat of the
package). 

However, it's probably trivial to create a separate Debian package for
this.

In fact I couldn't find the files. Can you provide a direct link (to the
files and, if it isn't in the files, to a license statement)?
