Bug#245866: tetex-bin: xdvi won't start, no libt1.so.1

There is only 1 program which provides xdvi.bin
(/usr/bin/xdvi.real). Nothing to configure.


I fixed most of the problems caused by my prelink experiment
by reinstalling the affected packages.  I suspect if I
delete /usr/bin/xdvi.bin and reinstall tetex-bin the problem
will go away--I'll wait on that in case there is some
additional debugging information you want.

It looks like this is a problem unique to my computer and
not a bug in the package.  Frank and Atsuhito, thanks for
all of your help!
