No, I haven't.  Further I have t1lib1 on my system because
some Japanese TeX related packages which are indispensable
for me depend on t1lib1 yet.

But I can't beleieve it is a real problem,

~$ ldd /usr/bin/xdvi.bin | grep t1
        libt1.so.5 => /usr/lib/libt1.so.5 (0x40121000)

on my sarge system which has tetex-bin 2.0.2-10
