Bug#203810: tetex-extra: plain.fmt does not exist

Hallo Frank,

I am sorry, I dont have a backup of that time, and dont realy remember more
details. 

I feel sorry for not providing more info. I think it is minor, because the
update did not failed comletely.

I reported it aainst -extra beause I think it happend in that upgrade.

I would suggest to close this bug as unreproducible, at least it does not
happen if I reupdate it now. bin:2.0.2-6 and extra:2.0.2-10
