Description of bug:
A user of the Debian teTeX packages has submitted additional files for
inclusion into babel. As far as I understood, they are not an
alternative to the existing serbian.sty and ldf (which seem to be for
"serbocroatic", whatever that is, with latin letters), but rather
something different, namely for cyrillic letters.
Marco, since you didn't change the licensing text, I assume you put
these files under the LPPL (LaTeX Project Public License)?
