I have a source2e.pdf that Heiko Oberdiek prepared which is very useful,
because it is hyperref-enhanced (links from indices to code
etc.). However, it is 5.8 Mb big.

However, if you're interested, I think we should ask him whether he
agrees to redistribute it - it was given to me as a "personal gift" or
the like.
