Package: tetex-extra
Version: 2.0.2-5.1

The mathpi package in tetex-extra is broken at present. Documents that
include the \mathscr, \mathbb, or \mathfrak commands from mathpi.sty will
compile without error, but the corresponding fonts won't be found or
displayed in the DVI file, even though the font outline files mh[1-6].pfb are
correctly installed in fonts/type1/yandy/mathpi.

The problem is that tetex is missing the supporting .afm files,
fonts/afm/yandy/mathpi/mh[1-6].afm. I downloaded these files from
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/type/win/all/afmfiles/151-200/158, and
installed them locally:

$ ls /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/afm/yandy/mathpi
mh1.afm  mh2.afm  mh3.afm  mh4.afm  mh5.afm  mh6.afm

With these extra files installed, mathpi works correctly.
