Why I can't upload tetex-bin_2.0.2-12

Hi all,

we should upload tetex-bin_2.0.2-12. But I currently cannot do
it. There's some things that should be done before release (see below),
including testing, but I am experiencing very strange behavior on my
computer:

I can install Adrian Bunk's backports succesfully after a purge, but
when I run dpkg-reconfigure or a standalone fmtutil --all, I get strange
error messages[1]. The same when I install one of my own compiled
packages. Therefore I currently cannot do proper testing.

In case somebody else has time, here are the issues I know of:

- It seems the changes to the IFS setting that I made need to be
reverted. With the postinst from CVS I got the error message

fmtutil --all: no such command (or the like) presumably because it
didn't do word splitting at the whitespace between fmtutil and --all.

- We need to call "ucf --purge /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf" in postrm upon
purge (or rather purge_ucf_file). Otherwise no texmf.cnf will be
generated if somebody installs after a purge, because the (identical)
  old file ist still registered.

Regards, Frank
