Is that still relevant or did the situation change? I could change
the stack size to 25000 and had at the end of the log file:
32 hyphenation exceptions out of 1000
27i,4n,22p,209b,176s stack positions out of 25000i,500n,5000p,200000b,5000s
^^^^^^
Output written on b.dvi (1 page, 264 bytes).
I guess, this is the relevant parameter, as it was initially 1500 and
changed after changing the stack_size. Unfortunately I don't a
document huge enough, to provoke that error message.
