Bug#175239: efax no longer understands dvi2fax' output

It used to be tetex-bin from Woody (this much is certain), 1.0.2
I think.

I'd love to, but in the meantime my 10-year old 28.8K modem has gone to
Valhalla. So I can't send out faxes any longer. And since this problem
was in my mind still pending, I didn't bother buying another one.

That's good news. I plan to switch to Sarge sometime this spring:
it will be a good occasion to try again.
