Bug#136051: tetex-bin: fmtutil is not robust (mktexupd seg faults)

It will break, unfortunately. In order to make all scripts in tetex run
with set -e, a lot of work is needed - and Thomas Esser, the upstream
author doesn't put priority on this. I will contact him again when I
think it's a good moment (currently it isn't, because he's preparing a
new upstream release). But I guess it will require that somebody else
does it and submits the patches.
