I think it's okay if it takes long time.

Ah, sorry I might confused with config.ps of dvips.  What
I wanted to ask was if there was any possibility that some 
inconsistency between papersize and pdftex.cfg might cause 
problem.  But if pdftex.cfg is of higher priority then there
will be no problem, perhaps.
