The llncs package, available at
ftp://trick.ntp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/llncs/latex2e/, is often used in
Computer Science. It would be nice to have it available as part of our teTeX
packages.
Unfortunately, the package currently contains no copyright/licensing
information, so license negotiation would be needed.
